Hanako Olmer is a certified professional coach with over 15 years advising and coaching individuals in higher education, game studios, tech, and non-profit organizations. She has a lifetime of being someone who is compassionate, inclusive, humorous, and bold. These traits have led her to pursue a profession in guiding individuals and teams to be their most resourceful selves through intentional and mindful conversations. Hanako has received an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Western Washington University as well as a master’s certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. She is also ACC certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certified in the Benchmark Suite of 360 Assessments through the Center of Creative Leadership.
While HLO Coaching has a primary niche within the games industry, we welcome and encourage collaboration in multiple industry spaces and partnerships with other certified professionals.
